Where we ship, how fast, and what it costs.
Where we ship
Continental United States only at launch. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. military addresses (APO/FPO) are on the roadmap. International shipping is post-v1.
Processing time
Orders placed before 1 p.m. Eastern, Monday–Friday, ship the same day. Orders placed later or on weekends ship the next business day. We don't ship on federal holidays.
Carriers and methods
- Standard (3–7 business days) — USPS Ground Advantage. Free over $50, otherwise calculated at checkout.
- Expedited (2–3 business days) — USPS Priority Mail. Calculated at checkout.
- Overnight (1 business day) — UPS Next Day Air. Available for orders placed before 11 a.m. Eastern.
Tracking
You'll get a tracking link by email when the label is created and another when it ships.
Lost or stuck packages
If tracking hasn't moved in 7 business days, email info@garglemel.com. We'll open a carrier trace and either resolve it or reship.
Damaged on arrival
See our Refund Policy. Photo to us within 7 days, replacement on the way.
Address errors
Double-check before checkout. Once a label prints we can't change it. If a package returns to us as undeliverable we'll refund minus the original shipping cost.
Sales tax
Calculated at checkout based on the destination state and current law.
