The full GargleMel ritual, in bulk. 200 single-dose equivalents of Atlantic sea salt, raw wildflower honey, and three throat-calming botanicals — in a refillable amber apothecary jar with a bamboo scoop.

Why the jar

The sachet is perfect for the bag. The jar is for the kitchen counter. One level bamboo scoop (included) equals one sachet dose. If you’ve been through three boxes and you know this is part of your life now — this is the upgrade.

What’s inside

The exact same blend as the sachet, in bulk:

  • Atlantic Sea Salt — 62% — solar-evaporated, clean, mineral-rich
  • Raw Wildflower Honey — 24% — crystallized and ground to blend evenly
  • Leaf — 6% — organic, carefully dried
  • Bark — 5% — finely milled
  • — 3% — ground, not extract

No additives, no fillers, no dyes, no alcohol, no synthetic anything.

How to use

  1. Fill an 8oz glass with warm water (body temperature).
  2. Add one level scoop (~5g) of GargleMel using the included bamboo measure.
  3. Stir for 30 seconds until dissolved and the honey has bloomed.
  4. Gargle 60 seconds. Spit. Repeat with the rest of the glass.

The jar itself

  • Amber apothecary glass — 12oz / 350ml capacity
  • Cork-composite lid with a deep-sea navy paper label seal
  • Bamboo measuring scoop — 5g per level scoop, tucked inside the lid
  • 200 doses per jar — about six months for daily users, a year for every-other-day
  • Refillable — send us your empty and we’ll discount your next refill

  • Net weight: 400g dry blend

The jar lives next to my kettle. Morning scoop, morning gargle. Six months in, still on the same jar.
Elena D. Voice teacher · Hudson Valley
I kept the jar on the bathroom counter and it's quietly become part of waking up. The wooden scoop is what sold me.

No wrappers, no sound, just the spoon in the glass. The refill version is the quiet one.
