Founder
the GargleMel team started the company in a kitchen, from a kettle and a mug of warm salt water on a cold February night. The gargle worked the way it has worked for roughly three thousand years — which raised the question of why there wasn't a good version of it on a shelf.
The answer is the Box of 20: twenty pre-measured foil-lined sachets of 65% Atlantic sea salt and 35% raw wildflower honey from a single US apiary, cold-blended so the honey's enzymes stay intact. Two ingredients, one 90-second ritual, no botanicals and no claims past what a 2005 Kyoto RCT, a 2019 Edinburgh pilot, and a 2020 Oxford meta-analysis already support.
Pour. Stir. Gargle. Honey and salt. Nothing else.
