What we collect

• Account & order info: email, name, shipping address, payment info (payment info is processed by Stripe — we never see or store card numbers)
• Support communications: when you email us
• Marketing preferences: your opt-in state for email / SMS
• Site analytics: pages visited, traffic source, approximate location (city-level), browser/device type — via Vercel Analytics and (if enabled) Klaviyo + Google Analytics

Why we collect it

• To ship your order and manage your subscription
• To respond when you email us
• To send marketing email/SMS if you've opted in (and you can unsubscribe in one click)
• To improve the site (what pages are working, what's confusing)
• To comply with legal obligations

Who we share it with

We use a small set of service providers who each see only what they need to do their job:

• Stripe — orders, payments, subscriptions
• Resend — transactional email (order confirmations, discount codes)
• Klaviyo — marketing email/SMS (if you've opted in)
• Vercel — website hosting and analytics
• USPS — shipping (gets your address only)

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers beyond basic remarketing pixels (Meta, Google) which you can opt out of via our cookie banner.

Your rights

• Access: email us and we'll send you a copy of everything we have
• Correction: update your account info, or email us
• Deletion: email us and we'll remove you within 30 days (we keep minimum records required by tax law)
• Opt-out: unsubscribe in one click from any email, or update preferences in your account
• California residents have additional rights under CCPA — email us to exercise them

Cookies

We use essential cookies for cart, session, and checkout. Optional cookies (analytics, remarketing) require your consent via our cookie banner. Update your preferences anytime via the “Cookie settings” link in the footer.

Children

Our site and product are not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

If we update this policy materially, we'll email you and post the new version here with a revised date at the top.
