Shipping Policy

The short version

Shipping is USPS Ground Advantage at USPS's standard rate for your ZIP code and package weight, shown before you pay. Orders ship in 1–2 business days.

Where we ship

United States only at launch (all 50 states + DC, APO/FPO). Canada and the EU are coming in late 2026.

Method & rate

• Every order ships USPS Ground Advantage, USPS's standard counter rate.
• The exact rate is computed from your ZIP code and the packed weight of your cart, and shown in the cart before you pay.
• Every order receives tracking via email within 24 hours of ship.

Subscription shipments

Subscription shipments process on your chosen cycle (30, 60, or 90 days), charged at the same USPS rate quoted at checkout each time. You'll receive a reminder email 3 days before each shipment so you can skip, edit, or cancel — no questions asked.

Cutoff for changes is 24 hours before the charge date.

Lost or stuck packages

If your package hasn't moved in 7 days, email info@garglemel.com with your order number. We'll ship a replacement and let USPS sort it out — you shouldn't wait on the carrier.

Address changes

You can update your shipping address in your account up to 24 hours before a charge. After that, contact us directly and we'll do our best to intercept.

Drop your email on the footer if you're outside the US — we'll email you when your country opens up.
