These are the terms under which we sell GargleMel. They're written plainly on purpose. If anything is unclear, email us.

1. Who we are

GargleMel (“we”) is a US-based DTC brand selling salt water gargle products. Contact: info@garglemel.com.

2. What you're buying

GargleMel is a food-grade gargle product. It is not a drug, dietary supplement, or medical device. Statements on this site have not been evaluated by the FDA. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

You're buying a gargle. Use as directed. If you're dealing with something serious, see a doctor.

3. Orders

By placing an order, you represent you are at least 18 years old (or have permission from a parent/guardian). We may refuse or cancel any order if we suspect fraud, abuse, or if the price was listed in error.

4. Subscriptions

Subscriptions auto-renew at the interval you select (30, 60, or 90 days). You authorize us to charge your payment method on that schedule. You can skip, pause, change frequency, or cancel anytime — one click, no phone calls. Charges are not refunded retroactively, but current-shipment refunds are covered under our Refund Policy.

5. Pricing & taxes

Prices are in USD and exclude sales tax, which is calculated at checkout based on your ship-to state. Prices may change at any time; existing subscription customers get 30 days' notice before a price increase.

7. Intellectual property

The GargleMel name, logo, site copy, package design, illustrations, and photography are ours. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without written permission.

8. User content

If you submit a review, photo, or testimonial, you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it on our site, emails, and social. You can ask us to remove your specific submission at any time.

9. Warranties & liability

We warrant that GargleMel is safe when used as directed on the label, by a person age 4+, for the purpose of gargling. We do not warrant any specific outcome, benefit, or medical result.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is capped at the amount you paid for that purchase.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of the state of our principal place of business.

11. Changes

If we materially change these terms, we'll email you and update the date at the top. Continued use after that date means you accept the new terms.
